Cagney has been a very confident lady since she was only weeks old.  While she mostly black in color, she has silver streaks through her fur.  This gives her a really neat look.  Cagney is very playful and affectionate.  She gets along great with other cats and dogs.  She came into care with her sister Lacey, and they could be adopted together or separate.  Lacey is also great with kids and has a lot of energy.
