Arthur was abandoned at a restaurant along with his mother, brothers and sisters. He was extremely shy when he came to his foster home in October. Since then he has really come out of his shell. Arthur loves to be petted between his shoulders. He is the all time pro at playing with the turbo scratcher. He may be a bit shy at first in his new home, but will warm up quickly.
