Arthur was a stray that is too domesticated to be out on his own. He is a lap kitty and super loving. He is very connected to his foster mom and needs a home where a human can sit with him and give him the attention he craves. He is living with other fosters and a dog but might like to be the center of attention.
If you adopt from Pets-4-Pets your cat/kitten will be have been cared for and loved by a foster family until they find a forever home.
